	UC232A가 두 개 있는데, 하나는 LED가 계속 켜져있고, 다른 하나는 계속 깜빡입니다.

Solution :
	각 UC232A LED에는 하나의 동작만 있으며 이전 버전의 제품과 새 버전의 제품의 LED 동작이 다릅니다. Old UC232A : LED 깜빡임-> 데이터 전송 중 new UC232A(제조일 2018/08 이후) : LED가 지속적으로 켜져있음->UC232A에 전원이 공급 중.
