Solution : 
1. T+ 和 R+ 連在一起給 D+ 訊號.
2. T- 和 R- 連在一起給 D- 訊號.
3. 設定 DCE 或是 DTE.(依你的裝置而定.)
4. 調整 DIP 到 [TxRTS, RxRTS] 的位置
