	PE9216RG control outlet 1-8 support

Description :
	When I use Administrator to login PE9216RG, only outlet 9-18 are able to be changed(power on/off). The rest are blocked out. Please advice how to activate ports 1-8(power on/off control)?

Solution :
	It's because of the design. PE9216RG is designed to control the outlet on/off at outlet ports 9-16. It means that port 1-8 will be always on. Administrator account has all authority, it's not limited by group, like other user account.
