Subject :
	UC3022 text color distortion on PGM output display

Description :
	On the display connected to UC3022 PGM output, there's color distortion (slightly in red, green or yellow) around the text. Please refer to attached photo for this phenomenon.

Solution :
	UC3022 uses 4:2:2 sampling rate for image and it causes distortion. It's hardware limitation.
