KL/KH/KN series Login failed when running javaclient or winclient?
 
Description : 
I am getting "Login Failed" error, when trying to open up inquery.jnlp on my KL1108VN.   Can you let me know what firewall ports required to open to login successfully?

 
Solution : 
By Default it is port 9000, please make sure Port "9000" is open.  

Please refer to "Service port" section on KL1108VN user manual for more detail:
