Subject :
	UC3022 PGM输出的文字会有色晕或是偏色问题

Description :
	透过UC3022 PGM输出的画面, 文字旁边部分有偏色问题 (有偏红、绿或黄色的现象), 可参考附图.

Solution :
	UC3022 会对影像进行 4:2:2取样, 造成失真. 这是硬件上的限制, 目前无法修正.
