Subject :
	VE3912T to VE2812R POH Connection

Description :
	If I connect VE3912T to VE2812R directly, how can I supply the power to VE3912T over Ethernet cable?

Solution :
	Due to VE3912T is POH PD ready and VE2812R not support POH PSE, so customers have to use VE44PB in the between to inject the power over HDBaseT Ethernet cable.
