Description :
	The default username & password are not working. Is there any way to retrieve them?

Solution :
	No, but you can access from the OSD menu button in the front to reset the system back to factory default and then use the default username & password to log in. Press OSD button, go to top left for Setting>>Maintenance>> Reset to Default Note: After apply "Factory Reset", the existed setting will be erased. Please redo the setting again.
