Please connect two USB cables (black and purple) to the PC. Under normal circumstances, CS682/692 will send keyboard and mouse signals to the PC through the purple USB cable, but if we disable keyboard simulation or mouse simulation, The CS682/692 will send keyboard signals to the PC through the purple USB cable and mouse signals to the PC through the black USB cable. So both two USB cable needs to be connected to the PC.
