CN8000 Mouse can not work
Description :
I have a CN8000 connect to the console port of KH2516 with a USB cable. My mouse can not work when I access CN8000 via LAN, how can I solve this problem?
Solution :
Please set the Mouse Sync Mode to "Manual" for fix this problem.
Customization --> Mouse Sync Mode --> Manual
