	Reset CS9138 password

Description :
	I forgot the password of my CS9138. How do I reset the password to the default?

Solution :
	There is no method for users to reset the CS9138 by themself. Two things the users can do is : 1. Send the CS-9138 back to our RMA for resetting it. 2. Connect the CS-9138 to a CN6000 and then tell us the IP address. Then, the ATEN RMA leader will be able to reset it for the users.
