	I can not get my mouse synchronized during a remote control session. What should I do?

Solution :
	1. Make sure that the PC or server has the resolution and refresh rates that CN8000 supports. 2. Turn off mouse acceleration on the PC or server. 3. Perform a video and mouse auto synchronization.
