Description :
	Why does my TV flash when turning on or off one TV?

Solution :
	This happens when the display connected to the transmitter and the display connected to the receiver are using the same video source, or when one display switches from a shared source to a new one. The flash is cause by the VE829 adjusting for the best common EDID [Extended display identification data] between the two displays it is a normal occurrence http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/EDID
