The KRONE SK900 keyboard does not work with the CS1784, how can I resolve this problem?
 
Solution : 
The KRONE SK900 keyboard is incompatible when directly connected to the keyboard port of the CS1784. To resolve this, connect the SK900 keyboard to the USB Hub port of the CS1784.
