	Firmware upgrade

Description :
	I have a CS782DP and am planning to upgrade the firmware but don't know how to do it.

Solution :
	To proceed a firmware upgrade for CS782DP, please do the following. 1. Prepare a computer (Cannot connect with CS782D), USB cable (A to B connection) and USB keyboard 2. Connect the computer to one of the PC ports of KVM 3. Have the firmware file ready on the desktop 4. Invoke HSM by hitting [Scroll Lock] key twice 5. Type the word "UPGRADE" on the keyboard 6. Run the firmware file and follow the on screen instruction to finish For details, please check out the video clip below.
