The new monitor may be incompatible with the CS782DP due ti synchronization difference

Please use the hotkey [Q] to enable the monitor re-detection function.

Below are the steps.

1. Press [Scroll Lock] + [Scroll Lock] or [Ctrl] + [Ctrl] to invoke hotkey setting mode.

2. Press [Q] [n]. [n] means the port number you want to enable the function, like 1, 2.

3. Press [Enter]

If the model is CS1912, CS1914, CS1922 or CS1924, you have to use the hotkey[NumLock] + [-] or [Ctrl] + [F12] to invoke hotkey mode.

Note: This hotkey can enhance the compatibility between the KVM & monitors but it is not guarantee to be 100% , and the image may be resized.
