I have a version 1.1 Displayport KVM but bought a new one (version 1.2) recently. Now the situation is the image sometimes keeps on and off. |

For version 1.2 Displayport KVM, please check the Displayport cable qualification. The key point is version 1.2 takes much more bandwidth, so the cable has to be version 1.2 compatible. Please contact the makers or sellers to ensure the cable is qualified with version 1.2. If the issue still exists, please contact ATEN tech support for further assistance. |
