Description :
	I get an error code 4108 when I upgrade KVM switch via UC232A cable,I'm sure the UC232A driver is correctly installed. When I am trying to upgrade my KVM Switch firmware via UC232A cable, the upgrade utility can not find the KVM Switch.

Solution :
	The firmware upgrade utility will be unable to find the KVM switch if the UC232A is mounted on the higher COM port number, please remount the UC232A on a lower COM port number, usually 1, 2, 3 or 4.
