Subject :
PN9108 E1 Error Message

Description :
My PN9108 is displaying an 'E1' Error message on the front panel, what does this mean?

Solution :
The 'E1' error message is a POST (Power On Self Test) error, and means the NIC (Network Interface Controller) card on the PN9108 has a problem communicating.
We suggest that you power the PN9108 off and on again. If you continue to get the error message, try to reset the PN9108 back to the factory default settings, using they front panel 'RESET' button.

If the fixes above do not resolve the issue there may be a problem with the hardware. Please contact us or your local supplier for repairs.
