Solution :
	请使用一张网卡下载固件并升级设备。确保网络连接能够访问Internet，并且计算机和VK2100位于同一网段中。 1。如果使用无线连接，请禁用计算机上的有线网卡 2。如果使用有线连接，请禁用计算机上的无线网卡。
