	CS1716A no Login screen

Description :
	CS1716A don't have display when it power on ? How can I see the OSD?

Solution :
	This situation is because the monitor you used cannot support the default resolution 640x480x75Hz of CS1716A's OSD. You can solve this situation by changing the resolution of OSD and login screen. First, make sure the firmware of your CS1316 is V1.2.116 or higher. Second, when you in the OSD or Login screen press [F10] to change the resolution from 640x480x75Hz to 800x600x60Hz then the OSD and Login screen can display well.
