KH / Client viewer login failed
 
Description : 
The latest Client viewer downloaded from the product web page, I can not use it to connect or login remote PC.
 
Solution : 
If the firmware version of KH1508Ai / KH1516Ai is v2.x.xxx, only Winclient / Javaclient downloaded by KH itself can be used for launch remote viewer.
