Description :
	브라우저에 CCVSR IP 주소를 입력 한 후 화면이 출력 되지 않습니다

Solution :
	CCVSR의 기본 포트는 9080입니다. IP 주소가 192.168.0.100 인 비디오 세션 레코더에 액세스하려면 http://192.168.0.100:9080을 입력하면 IP 주소가 CCVSR 포트로 전달됩니다.
