Upgrade the firmware to 1.2.115 or later
Once the firmware has been updated invoke the hotkey setting
mode as described in the manual and tap [ F1 ] the basic keys
will now work, but due to hardware limitations the special keys
will not function.
If it is desirable to use these special keys , connect the receiver
to one of the USB peripheral sharing ports on the KVM.
Note: since hotkey switching is a function of the keyboard port, you
will need to switch ports via the front panel push buttons
