Downloading Requirements:

A computer connected to the Internet.

An empty, USB external storage device or a USB flash drive with at least 1.1 GB of free space.

Downloading Instructions:

On the external drive, create a folder named "uc9020_img".

Download this file: agree to terms and download complete software.

Unzip and save your file in the “uc9020_img" folder as “uc9020_Vx.x.xxx.bin".

Plug the external drive to rear USB port of UC9020

Press "PAUSE+MUTE+CUT" buttons together to enable firmware upgrade process.
