ATEN产品过保修期限的问题
Description :
我的ATEN产品已经过了保修期, 是否建议更新固件 (firmware)?
Solution :
产品做任何变动都有风险, ATEN对需要固件更新的产品所产生的问题定义如下 :
1. 若是产品在保修期间内, 固件更新后发生问题的,ATEN提供免费维修服务。
2. 若是过保的产品, 固件更新后发生问题.
(1) 若产品已经停产,因已无维修料件, ATEN无法提供收费维修服务.
(2) 若产品尚未停产,ATEN酌情提供收费维修服务.
