CA certificate document encrypted private key support
 
Description : 
I try to use software to create the certificate document file and upload to KH1508AI, but it fails.
Is there any rule or limitation for the document file?
 
Solution : 
The KVM doesn't recognize and support encrypted private key.  Please don't encrypt the private key when you create the certificate document.
