I am wondering of update firmware will reset/turn off/change the outlets status?
is it possible and safe to do a firmware update without any interruption of the connected loads?
 
Solution : 
Yes, it is pretty safe without remove equipment from outlets and update firmware 
which will not change or interruption of the connected loads
