UC9020/UC9040 PGM HDMI output display quality is not so bad.

Solution: Set streaming quality as "Manual". If you need better recording video quality, 

pls adjust the setting value closed to 10240Kbps (the larger, the better)

However, the larger the setting value is, the larger the size of recording video clip file and so is streaming bandwidth.

From customer: Source camera is not set as recording mode so the output quality is poor.

After switching to recording mode, it becomes normal.
