defective display cable
Description :
On our ACS1216A, the flat, plastic cable leading to the display is broken. The cable is labeled "E239020 AWM 20624 60V 80C VW-1".
The warranty for the device has expired. Is there a way to get a spare part directly from Aten, or do you have an address for a parts distributor or a qualified repair center in Germany or Europe?
