Firmware upgraded failed |

I try to upgrade firmware from special form on web interface. After I click button "upgrade" I see window with "uploading" message. I try to wait 10 hours, but nothing happened, window refresh itself every few seconds but no changes. What can I do to upgrade device?

New Web browsers have some compatibility issues with older firmware; try the following steps:
1. Power Reset the unit (if the firmware failed again you might have to power reset the unit again)
2. Install Firefox Portable 2.0.0.8 (see attached file)

3. Rerun the upgrade utility
