Keyboard/Mouse doesn't work
Description :
I have a Server connected to KA9170 and KN4132. The keyboard/mouse is working for 3 minute only. Already to power off/on server and KVM the keyboard/mouse still have problem.The keyboard is working in BIOS and the OS of my server is Windwos 2003. How can I fix it ?
Solution :
It seems Windows driver issue or some policy block the keyboard/mouse function, Could you please check the keyoboard/mouse status from device manager? If there is a yellow mark on it please update the driver or check the security policy.
