To troubleshoot the problem, please perform the following steps: 1. Connect the USB device(s) directly to the computer to verify proper operation 2. If the computer can detect the USB device directly, please check the USB version and power requirements. If necessary, connect an external power adapter [5VDC @1.5A]. In some rare cases USB 1.0 may not be compatible with the UE3310/UE3315’s USB 3.1 revision.
3. It may require reinstalling the device driver with the UE3310/UE3315 in line. 4. If you did all above but are not able to solve the issue, please contact ATEN Tech Support
