Code 10 is a rather generic error message Please try the following: 1. Try a fresh driver install 2. Change to a different USB port on your computer. 3. Connect a new UC232A to the same USB to confirm the port is good. 4. Check for antivirus or security software that may be blocking or shutting off the USB connection. If none of the above steps corrects the issue please contact ATEN Tech Support.
