	Failed to start service and add KE device

Description :
	I install CCKM manager software but when I open a browser, I was not able to access it and unable to add KE to its control, what can I do?

Solution :
	Possible Causes: 1.Java : from Java 8 update 291, Java adds TLSv1 and TLSv1.1 in disabled algorithms and the two are utilized in many of our over IP products and KE devices. 2. Firewall or Antivirus blocks necessary ports Please refer to attachment for more detail information.
