	ERR_SSL_VERSION_OR_CIPHER_MISMATCH

Description :
	I cannot open CC2000 site due to this error in the IE 11 and Google Chrome - "ERR_SSL_VERSION_OR_CIPHER_MISMATCH".

Solution :
	This error message is most likely caused by the setting of Internet Security or Antivirus software, please try disable SSL scan to avoid this error.
