Subject :
Apple TV and Netflix

Description :
Originally, my VS481B works well with Apple-TV and the video can display correctly, but after watching Netflix video, it always shows an HDCP in-compatibility message. If Apple-TV HDMI connects directly to the monitor, it works fine.

Solution :
Here are the troubleshooting steps that we would recommend going through for this issue.
- Turn everything off and turn it back on. Start with your Apple TV but if that's not enough, try your TV and KVM switch as well if you have to.
- Unplug everything, wait 20 seconds, plug it back in. Again, start with the Apple TV but try TV, KVM switch, etc. as well if you have to.
- Restore your Apple TV to factory settings.
- Check your Apple TV version, Does it support 4K or up to 1080P only? choose a different Netflix streaming video source,1080P or 4K, to see if either can correctly display. If you are using Apple TV 1080p version, it only can play 1080p streaming, you will be unable to get Netflix in 4K.
