The issue will happen on whatever resolution that is not fullscreen on the quadview display of the CM1164A. 

If the PC output is not fullscreen on the CM1164A, the Mouse Sync algorithm will compensate for it and unable to sync. 

You might need to make the 4:3 resolution to display fullscreen on the CM1164A to fix this problem. 

You can choose between 2 EDID settings available on CM1164A.
