Yes, for each KE6940 receiver, both video outputs of it can be used for TV wall. 

But please note that for single receiver, it can not get/display two different signals at the same time. 

For example, we can not output transmitter A signal on output 1 of receiver and output transmitter B signal on output 2 of the same receiver at the same time due to bandwidth limitation.
