Solution :
	要升级固件需要设置环境。 1.连接到KVM的VGA监视器。 2.从KVM到计算机的固件升级电缆。准备好环境后，打开KVM，调用OSD，按“F4”，向下滚动选择固件升级，出现提示时按“Y”。运行固件升级实用程序以执行升级。完成后，KVM会自动重启，详情请参考以下视频。 http://www.iqiyi.com/w_19s8nddk1x.html
