UC232A/LED性能
 
Description : 
我手头有两个UC232A。为什么LED的行为一个是持续的，另一个是跳动的。
 
Solution : 
每个UC232A LED只有一个性能，新旧UC232A上的性能不同。旧UC232A：跳动数据传输；新UC232A：该UC232A上持续供电（生产日期在2018/08之后）
