当CC2000管理KN时，如何确保CCViewer不会断开？
 
Solution : 
如果您不希望在用户空闲指定时间后会话超时，请输入以下设置：
1.CC2000：选择“无超时”单选按钮。
2.KN：当访问模式=共享或独占时，ccviewer不应出现超时问题；如果访问模式=占用，则“占用超时”应设置为0。
