CM1164A / CM1284 +CL3800 keyboard can not work
 
Description : 
CL3800 connect with console port of CM1164A/CM1284， keyboard of CL3800 can not work 
 
Solution : 
Upgrade  CM1164A/CM1284 firmware to V1.1.101 or later should solve the issue.
 
To upgrade the firmware, please download the firmware and manual from 
https://www.aten.com/global/en/supportcenter/downloads/?q=CM1164A
Please check the manual of  CM1164A/CM1284 for how to upgrade firmware.
