	8 KE Tx to 6 KE Rx matrix mode without CCKM, is it possible?

Description :
	Customer needs control only from Telnet/RS232, is it possible to have 8 KE Tx to 6 KE Rx matrix mode without CCKM?

Solution :
	1. CCKM is needed for central control of 8 Tx and 6 Rx in the diagram. 2. No CCKM for KE is possible only in extender mode: one Tx fixes connect to one Rx and cannot switch.
