	CCKM / 使用者帳號無法登入

Description :
	將CCKM帳號的使用者層級設定為Super user 或 users 使用IE 登入, 會看到 The website declined to show this webpage 的訊息; 使用Chrome 登入，則會出現 Access denied 訊息如果設定為Administrator 則沒有問題, 可正常登入CCKM操作

Solution :
	由於安全的考量, CCKM只允許使用者層級被設定為"Administrator"的帳號登入如果帳號的使用者層級是"super user" 或 "users", 則只能用作在KE 接收器OSD選單的登入.
