If the user level of  CCKM account is set as "Super user" or "users".

Log in with IE browser, there is an error message that "the website declined to show this webpage"; if log in with Chrome, it shows "Access denied".

If the user level is set to to "Administrator", I can log into CCKM without problem.

If the user level is "Super user" or "users", they only can be used as login accounts for the KE Receiver OSD menu.
