Description :
	我的OS是Windows 10，連接CS1944DP/CS1942DP/CS1922M/CS1924M在雙monitor環境使用時，切換端口時，視窗的位置和大小會改變？

Solution :
	對於CS1944DP/CS1942DP/CS1922M/CS1924M，切port就像是熱插拔DP，而Win 10不會記住打開窗口的位置和大小，因此在切換端口之後，打開窗口的位置和大小將發生變化。這是Microsoft在win10上對HPD的限制；如果客戶將顯示器直接連接PC，然後熱插拔顯示器，則會出現相同的問題。
