I can not monitor GN0116
 
Description : 
I can get into the web page of GN0116, but I can not monitor all the status of its IO ports. Everytime I try to select a ID number in the "Station Select" section, an error message pops on and its meaning is similiar like--"can not connect to the device". How can I solve this problem??

By the way, I found that all 3 LEDs in the rear side of the GN0116 are steady but not flashing!!
 
Solution : 
All 3 LEDs are steady but not flashing indicates that GN0116 is in the Firmware upgrade Mode!! When GN0116 is in this mode, you can not monitor anything from it!!
If you want to switch the GN0116 from Firmware upgarde Mode to the Working mode, please follow the steps as below--
1. use DB9<->RJ45 cable(GN0116 RS232 cable)to connect between a PC and the GN0116
2. install GN0116 software to the PC
3. Run “picQuicProgrammer” program which you can find at
Start -> Programs -> Altusen GN0116 V.x.x
4. Select "Auto Detec Device"
5. Select the correct COM port which you are used for connecting to GN0116
6. Change the baud rate from 9600 to 38400
7. Click "Connect to Device"
(The program should show "Device found..." after click "connect to Device!!)
8. Click the green icon for“Normal Execution Mode” on the right side
9. Click “Yes” to end the program!!
When GN0116 is switched to the Working Mode, all 2 LEDs<...>
