After a Windows system update, especially major updates or feature upgrades, the third-party service may disappear or become disabled.

This can happen due to several reasons:

a. Registry changes: The update may overwrite or remove service-related entries in the Windows Registry.

b. Compatibility checks: Windows may disable services it deems incompatible or potentially unstable with the new version.

c. Security policies: Updates may enforce stricter security rules, causing certain services to be removed or blocked.

d. File removal: If the service relies on specific files or configurations, the update might delete or reset them.

As a result, the third-party software may no longer function as expected after the update, and its service may need to be re-installed or re-configured manually.

We can only recommend that the user  re-install the CCKM service. If still not working , the only way is re-install CCKM.

It is recommended that users regularly back up their CCKM configuration settings to prevent data loss and ensure quick recovery in case of system issues or updates.
