	Mouse switch port function does not work

Description :
	Mouse switch port function is not working. What can I do to solve it?

Solution :
	Please check the following: 1. Mouse emulation must be enabled 2. Mouse wheel switching must be enabled 3. Ensure the mouse is connected to the mouse port of the KVM If the above does not resolve the problem, uninstall any mouse software you have installed. For example, Logitech’s SetPoint. If the issue remains unresolved, please contact us via E-support. Note: If mouse emulation is enabled, any special feature of your mouse may not be compatible.
